Is the tour suitable for anyone?
Children must be at least 6 years old for a tour and many staircases will be used during the tour. Good physical fitness is required.
In welke talen wordt de rondleiding georganiseerd?
Al individual tours are in Dutch.
A group tour can be conducted in Dutch, French, English and German.
Is it possible to buy drinks?
There is no possibility to buy drinks. In case of warm weather, make sure to bring your own bottle.
What happens if our group is larger than 40 people?
If you wish to visit the Port House with more than 40 people, please contact us via hospitality@portofantwerpbruges.com.
Is the Port House accessible by day?
Only the Atrium, the reception area on the ground floor, is freely accessible during office hours. The other parts of the building can only be visited if accompanied by a guide.
Is there parking available at the Port House?
Limited parking (37 parking spaces) are available at the Droogdokkenweg, within walking distance from the Port House. The car park is situated across the Siberia Bridge, on your left.
Is it possible to receive an invoice?
It is not possible to receive an invoice.
