Means of transport

By public transport or bike

There are few bus (762, 763) and tram (1, 6) lines that stop nearby Kinepolis (Groenendaallaan).

The Velo station nearest by is '205 - Kinepolis'. There is a small bycicle parking on-site.

By car

Follow the Antwerp Ring (R1) and take exit 1 (Merksem/Haven 1-199). Follow the signs towards Haven 1-100 and Kinepolis. Parking is available at Kinepolis (Groenendaallaan 394, 2030 Antwerp). 

From Kinepolis it is ca. 750 metres (10' walk) to the event location. Visit Slim naar Antwerpen to plan your route.

If you need to drop off material, you are welcome to drive onto the event site for pick-up and drop-off.

• The fee for a booth is 500 EUR or 750 EUR excl. VAT depending on what you choose. In order to participate, the fee must be paid before the event takes place. By paying the fee, you agree with the terms and conditions for exhibitors.
• During the info market you will be given a booth space with a (standing) table. There is room for brochures and small promotional material. We will provide a banner based on the information and logo you provide upon registration. 
• Please register all attendees from your company through the registration form as a participant to ensure everyone receives a badge. 
• You are welcome to set-up your booth on 15 September: timing to follow.
