Means of transport

By tram or bus

Over twenty tram and bus routes stop within 250 metres from the venue. Visit Slim naar Antwerpen to plan your route.

By train

The venue is located directly next to the Antwerp Central Station. All information, timetables, and fares can be found on the NMBS website. There are also direct connections from Brussels International Airport to the Central Station. 

By bike

There is a guarded bicycle parking underneath the square. Entrance via the ramp in front of the station on Koningin Astridplein (please note that this bycicle parking requires a ticket). Vélo stations nearby the venue: 001 and 002 Centraal Station - Astrid, 171 and 172 Centraal Station.

By car

There are several paid parkings in the area. 

Please note that the venue is located in an LEZ (Low Emission Zone). To avoid fares, check the requirements beforehand.

Practicals

  • We are looking for transport operators or inland terminals offering inland waterway, rail, or short sea connections to the Port of Antwerp-Bruges as exhibitors.

  • The fee for a booth is 500 EUR excl. VAT. In order to participate, the fee must be paid before the event takes place. By paying the fee, you agree with the terms and conditions for exhibitors.

  • During the info market you will be given a booth space with a (standing) table. There is room for brochures and small promotional material. You can also place a roll-up banner (size: 85x200cm or 100x200cm).

  • You must register all attendees from your company through the event registration form.
